Wasn't sure if foam inserts would feel bulky, but these are so thin and flexible I forget they're in. They hold their shape after a wash in the mesh bag, which is all I ask for.

Finally, a way to make my sports bra look less like a training top and more like an actual shape. The foam keeps its form in the wash and the black color doesn’t show through light fabric at all.

Washed them twice in a mesh bag already and they haven't lost their shape at all, which is my usual complaint with inserts. The foam is firm enough to smooth things out under a swim top without feeling stiff. Exactly what I needed for modesty without bulking up.
